When life throws its challenges at you, it also opens new doors... and life did exactly that for Emmaleigh, Owner and Founder of EIA.

The Evans/Sinagra Family have been in the Equine Industry for many generations, specialising in Agistment, Lessons and Equine Care, and in April of 2024 they have finally secured the property of their dreams.
The youngest force of the family, Emmaleigh Evans, quickly made a name for herself by achieving impressive results in numerous major Western Australian events. After the difficult decision to retire her beloved horse, Custer, due to health reasons. Emmaleigh took time to regroup and focus behind the scenes. Now, refreshed and more determined than ever, she is back. Bringing her passion and expertise to the next chapter - launching her own venture, Equine Industries Australia, now ready to take this family treasure to new heights.

With passion running stronger than ever, only in her early 20's, Emmaleigh is dedicated to creating the ultimate space for both you and your horse. From quality Agistment and Arena Hire, to Coaching and Cryotherapy, available both on-site and mobile!
Her focus is on promoting the well-being, health, and performance of every horse while helping riders enjoy the journey, improve their skills, and achieve their dreams!

Facilities
Our Equestrian Centre is designed to provide an exceptional experience for both horse and rider. Featuring one of the few indoor arenas in Western Australia, complete with lighting, a sprinkler system, and spectator seating, it ensures training and events can run smoothly in all conditions.
The property also includes two stable complexes, a spacious outdoor arena, cross ties with red light therapy bays and scenic trails just across the driveway.
All designed and maintained to provide a safe, functional, and inspiring environment for every horse and rider.
